NEW
Relays & Optocouplers - R600 Series
The new R600 line of relay and optocoupler discrete signal
interfaces were developed with the end user in mind. The
labor required to install, replace or trouble shoot signal
interfaces has been greatly reduced. The revolutionary
new design & style provides an attractive package with improved
functionality. Comparable jumper bars, test switches and
recessed LEDs provide a clean & safe environment.
A typical automation
process may include a control system consisting of a computer,
or a PLC linked to the process,
with a maze of wires connected to various sensors, actuators
and contactors. The R600 line was developed to streamline
installations, reduce space, and improve safety by eliminating
wiring and associated clutter. The R600 range of relays and
optocouplers make it possible to optically couple various
logic signals in a neat, compact, safe & efficient manner.
Key Features:
Relay range
- Input voltage: from 5 to 250 V AC/DC
- Voltage switching range: from 5 to 250 V AC/DC
- Current switching range: from 1 mA to 12 A
- Leakage current and over voltage protection
- Relay Coil Manual Override Switch
Optocoupler range
- Input voltage: from 5 to 250 V AC/DC
- Voltage switching range: from 5 to 58 V DC, from 20 to
400 V AC
- Current switching range: from 1 mA to 5 A

| Updated Terminal
Block Marking System & Plotter |
 |
|
ABB
is pleased to announce the new AMS 500 marking system.
It is a rugged industrial design rated for years of reliable
operation. Improved template system for all ABB terminal
block marker cards. The AMS 500 is more durable, enables
better accuracy and is less expensive to maintain than
other marking systems. In addition to ABB terminal block
marking, templates are available for other components.
-
New durable ink dries in seconds, will not rub off.
-
Data can be imported from CAD system or Excel Spreadsheet.
-
Unique Pen Holding Station- Specially designed pen station
uses a special built in sealer that will keep the pen from
drying out.
-
Plotter Pen Test - Prior to plotting, the pen draws a pattern
on a test marker; this ensures the ink will flow properly
every time.
-
Template Recognition System – The AMS 500 automatically
detects templates and software displays only associated markers.
-
Purpose Built Plotter – The AMS 500 marking system
was designed from the ground up specifically for ABB terminal
block marker cards.
-
Accessory Tools - New tools, like an engraving tool, will
be available soon.
