| When
a storm strikes, can you afford a 3 Phase Motor Failure? |
 |
|
Power
interruptions during a storm are common. The 3 phase distribution lines are typically
not disrupted at the same time. This means single phasing and motor failures. ABB’s
new addition to the SSAC line, provides a cost effective solution to this problem,
and many more. Protected motors can be disconnected in 0.2 s. Eliminating he need
for expensive removal, rebuilding or replacement. How much does downtime and lost
income cost your business? The HLM series is not only motor protection, it is business
loss protection.
The HLMU is an exciting new universal design that will LEAN your inventory costs:
- Protects any size 3 phase motor, 1 to 1200Hp
- Universal operating voltage: 200 to 480 VAC 50 or 60Hz
- DPDT Isolated 10A output relay contacts
- Restart delay for sensitive loads and random restarting
- Provides over, under, and voltage unbalance protection
- Will not allow motor starting with a fault present
- Fast surface mounting with one screw, or use DIN 3 rail adaptor
- Adjustable or fixed trip
delay prevents nuisance tripping
- LED indicates relay status and time delays
- Compact 2 x 3 x 1.5 in encapsulated circuitry
